Markeith Jermaine Allison, 44, appeared in a Harris County court on Monday after being accused of shooting a woman.
The judge handling the case set Allison’s bond at $250,000 on the charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, court documents show.
On December 28, a 27-year-old woman was at the Palm Center Metro station on Griggs Road.
The suspect shot the woman multiple times, including in her head, and then she ran away from the train on a bicycle.
The victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition, but the latest reports indicate that she will be able to survive the injuries sustained.
