The family of a 38-year-old Houston woman is worried sick after she seemingly vanished without a trace.
Texas EquuSearch says Roxanne Maldonado has been missing from west Houston for more than a week, where she disappeared in the early morning hours of June 25.
Maldonado’s boyfriend told investigators he woke up around 2 a.m., but she was nowhere to be found, according to Frank Black with EquuSearch.
Black told reporters that her family said she always takes her dog with her whenever she leaves, but her beloved pet was left behind.
Her social media accounts, which family members have been watching closely, have not been touched since she disappeared.
EquuSearch says it hopes someone seeing this report may remember seeing her, and with any luck, might provide the tip that leads them to Maldonado.
She is 5’11” and weighs 195 pounds. Maldonado has dark brown hair and eyes, and is of Hispanic descent. She has a tattoo of a skeleton key on one of her feet, and a tattoo of the sun and Texas on her left arm.
It is not known what she was wearing when she disappeared.
If you know where she is or have seen her in recent days, call the Houston Police Department at 832-394-1840 or Texas EquuSearch at 281-309-9500.
