Both directions of the East 610 Loop are expected to be completely open in time for the Friday morning rush hour after Thursday’s massive water main break that caused a flood across the mainlanes.
Texas Department of Transportation said it expected to reopen the southbound lanes of the East Loop at Clinton sometime in the 10 p.m. hour Thursday.
The northbound mainlanes should be reopened in time for the Friday morning commute.
