Investigators say two officers opened fire on some robbery suspects after they allegedly backed their vehicle towards deputies in northeast Harris County.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is investigating at an apartment complex in the 12300 block of Tidwell Road.
A deputy and a DPS trooper opened fire, striking the suspects’ vehicle. At least one or two suspects were taken into custody but were not injured.
The scene is still very active as authorities gather evidence at the scene.
Multiple bullet casings can be seen on the ground, and the suspect’s vehicle appears to be blocked in by several law enforcement vehicles.
