Moist air blowing into Houston is generating widespread fog and rain along a warm front. A few stronger storms could also develop when a cold front pushes through the city late tonight and Wednesday morning.
Even without the sunshine, today’s temps will turn milder behind the warm front by climbing into the low 70s. Places north of Houston and the warm front could stay in the 50s all day. Tonight temperatures will tumble into the 40s and stay there all day Wednesday.
We’ll get a break from the rain on Thursday but the next weather system pushes this way on Friday with more rain likely this weekend.
