Elderly man with dementia missing in Spring

An elderly man suffering from dementia was found safe in the Katy area.

Authorities say Robert Fischer is being reunited with his family.

The 79-year-old was last seen driving a tan-colored Hyundai Santa Fe in northwest Harris County on Saturday.
