The strong thunderstorms from last night have moved out, sunshine has returned along with gusty northwest winds.
A front arrives later this week, with a chance of rain, after a few nice days.
The air behind this front will be Pacific in nature, so no freezing temperatures are expected. A stronger cold front arriving late this week should really cool things off for the Chevron Houston Marathon. Temps may be near freezing when the marathon starts.
