Mexican actress Verónica Jaspeado, known for her roles in various Televisa telenovelas, reported via social media that she became a victim of theft in Mexico City. According to the actress, the incident took place on Monday, March 24, at Ciudad Universitaria (University City) while she attended a meeting at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
In a video shared on her social media, Verónica showed images of her black car, from which the front bumper and headlights had been stolen. Visibly upset, Jaspeado expressed her frustration: “With a lot of sadness and disappointment, I tell you that I came to the UNAM for a meeting, and when I came out, look at my car, ransacked. This is the reality in Mexico City, what a sadness,” she said.
The actress called on authorities to investigate the case, noting that there should be security cameras in the area that could help identify the perpetrators. “There must be cameras, there must be information we can gather, I don’t know, what frustration,” she added.

She also asked her followers to share her post to raise awareness about the incident and put pressure on authorities to take action. Jaspeado expressed not only her frustration over the theft but also her concern about the feeling of insecurity that, according to her, prevails in the Mexican capital.
