ARIEL Winter has had it with the tabloids.
The New York Post reports that in a lengthy rant posted to social media, the actress slammed Star magazine for claiming she gives her boyfriend, Levi Meaden, an allowance.
“Star Magazine is obviously a non-reputable source and a trash magazine, but seriously how dare you make up stuff that you have no idea about?” Winter, 19, fumed. “I have a BOYFRIEND and a PERSONAL ASSISTANT who are NOT the same person. I would NEVER pay my boyfriend any sort of allowance, nor would he ever accept if I offered. He BUYS his own stuff whether it’s for me or for himself, and he more than pulls his weight for our life. I HATE fake news …”
Winter, who is no stranger to flaunting her relationship, says Meaden has his own career.
“He’s not just someone’s boyfriend,” she added. “So if you don’t know us, don’t comment. Xoxo.”
Winter and Meaden, who live together, have gotten extra close over the last few weeks. The lovers got matching tattoos in mid-June.
“I have to say he is the most incredible person I’ve ever met and that I’m so lucky to be with him,” she gushed about Meaden in May after being attacked for their 10-year age difference.
“He’s always complimenting me and making me feel special and beautiful. Even when I do feel bad about myself, he’s just there to support me and pick me back up when I’m feeling down.”
