A 4-year-old girl and a man are dead after a quadruple shooting that took place in an apartment complex breezeway in southwest Houston.
The shooting happened at the Westward Square Apartments on the 6200 block of Gulfton Street.
Police say the four victims were sitting outside between two buildings enjoying the cooler weather around 10 Sunday night when two suspects arrived and opened fire.
The little girl and her mother were taken to the hospital, where 4-year-old Ashley Perdomo died.
Her mother, Carol Perdomo, 35, is said be in good condition.
Miguel Marquez, 31, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Zibullah Sahok, 30, was transported to the hospital where he is in critical condition.
A teen told ABC13 she heard at least five shots.
She ran out of her apartment and saw the victims asking for help.
The teen quickly called 911.
No arrests have been made. The suspects are described as Hispanic men in their mid-20s.
