Heading to the HEB Holiday Parade downtown today? Make your parking and transportation plan in advance, and plan to get there early!

Parking is available in Tranquillity Garage, entrance #2 on Rusk St. and entrance #5 on Capitol St. Due to Hurricane Harvey, the garage does not have elevator access. Anyone with special needs or families with strollers should park in the Hobby Center parking garage, entering from Rusk St.

Brookfield Properties and SP+ Parking offer parking at Heritage Clay, 1200 Bagby St., 701 Jefferson, and Metropolitan Garage, 340 W Dallas St.

Red bagged meters mean you park on the street without a permit. Be on the lookout for street closures and emergency ‘no parking’ signs.

Consider using METRO – buses and light rail will be operating on a Sunday schedule.
